USER MANUAL

1. Find the starting point of the emergency ladder

Open the box and locate the end of the ladder. This is usually the end point without any hooks or attachment points. Place this end out the window first.

2. Slowly release the ladder out the window

3. Attach the escape hook to the window
Securely attach the ladder hook or handle to the window sill. Then release the ladder and let its weight hold in place

4. Climb down carefully
Climb down the window. Hold tight as you go through each step. Move slowly.
